- Lincoln Electric® Innershield® NR®-311 Self Shielded Flux Core Carbon Steel Tubular Welding Wire of 5/64" Dia with high deposition rates and fast travel speed renders deep penetration and is crack resistant. Wire comes in 25 lb steel spool and can be used for wide variety of applications like general fabrication, assembly welding, horizontal butt welds such as column-to-column structural connections, single and multiple pass, automatic and semiautomatic welding of thicker mild steels and some low alloy steels. Wire ideal for fillet, lap and butt welds on 3.2 mm and thicker steel offers optimal toe wash-in and convenient slag removal. It is ideal for flat/horizontal welding positions and meets ASME SFA-A5.20, ASME SFA-A5.20: E70T-7, ABS: E70T-7, CWB/CSA: W48 E492T-7 standards.
