- HOBART® FabCOR® 110 Gas Shielded Flux Core Carbon Steel Tubular Welding Wire of 1/16" Dia has all position welding capability and low hydrogen weld deposit. Rutile type, flux-cored wire with fast-freezing slag helps to reduce the crack sensitivity in quench and tempered low alloy steels such as ASTM A514. Slag deposited can be easily removed. Wire helps to reduce clean up time while minimizing inclusions. It is associated with E111T1-K3 MJ H8 class of wire and is used in single as well as multiple pass applications with a 75% argon/25% CO2 shielding gas. Wire comes in a spool of 33 lb and is used in industries like offshore platforms and more. This wire has to be stored in a dry, enclosed environment and in its original intact packaging.
