Bohler Welding UTP® A80M ERNiCu-7 1/16" Dia X 39" Nickel Alloy TIG Welding Rod comes in a 60 lb package and is ideally designed for joining or surfacing of nickel-copper alloys and of nickel-copper-clad steels. Rod produces a weld metal having an excellent resistance to a large amount of corrosive medias, from pure water to non-oxidizing mineral acids, alkali and salt solutions. Welding rod is well suited for 2.4360 NiCu30Fe, 2.4375 NiCu30A materials and is used in the fabrication of seawater evaporation plants or marine equipment. It is also used for joining different materials like steel to copper and copper alloys, steel to nickel-copper alloys that are used in high-grade apparatus construction for the chemical and petrochemical industries. Wire meets S Ni 4060 EN ISO 18274 standards.
