  • SPECIAL METALS Inconel® 82 AWS A5.14 ERNiCr-3 1/16" Dia X 36" Filler Metal is ideally designed for welding of INCONEL alloys 600, 601 and 690, INCOLOY alloys 800 and 800HT, INCOLOY alloy 330 using gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc and submerged arc. Filler metal produces weld metals having high strength, good corrosion and oxidation resistance and has creep rapture strength at elevated temperature. Filler metal uses INCOFLUX NT100 for submerged arc groove welding and submerged arc surfacing. Filler metal also finds use in dissimilar welding applications like joining INCONEL alloys, INCOLOY alloys and INCOLOY alloy 330 to nickel, MONEL alloys, stainless steels and carbon steels. It is also used for merging stainless steels to nickel alloys and carbon steels.
