AlcoTec Altigweld ER4043 3/32" Dia X 36" Aluminum TIG Welding Rod comes in a 10 lb box and has silicon as a principle alloying element to render superior fluidity which makes it ideal for welders. Welding rod is ideally used as a general-purpose type filler alloy which meets ANSI/AWS A5.10 and AMS 4190 standards. Non-heat treatable rod gives rise to brighter smut free welds and is less sensitive to weld cracking. Rod complies with AISi5 ISO designation. It can be used in welding filler wire spray and flame metalizing wire applications. It is also used in automotive, containers, recreation and aerospace industry.
