  • Lincoln Electric® Super Arc® ER80S-D2/ER90S-D2/EA3K LA-90 Low Alloy Steel MIG Welding Wire with 0.045" Dia comes on a 500 lb Accu-Trak® drum. It is an ideal choice for applications where tensile strength requirements are in excess of 80 - 90 kpsi or when strength after stress relief is crucial. It is a low carbon, high manganese, high silicon copper coated MIG wire that features an approximately 0.5% of molybdenum. It offers fluid puddle, good wash-in at weld toes and flat weld beads to reduce defects, scrap or re-work. It features low feed forces that help to reduce wear and tear on gun liners and contact tips. Wire has an excellent operator appeal that eliminates gun chatter or feeding instability. Wire produces quiet, very stable arc that gives less spatter, reduces clean-up time and raises productivity. Areas of application include high temperature service piping and blowers, cranes, construction equipment and power plants.
