- 3M™ Scotch® 35 Series Orange 7 mil Premium Color Coding Vinyl Electrical Tape measuring 3/4" X 66' features flame retardant single-sided rubber adhesive for providing an effective adhesion. Tape with PVC backing is designed for using up to a maximum temperature of 221 deg F and is used for indoor and weather-protected outdoor applications. Tape resisting UV rays, abrasion, moisture, alkalis, solvents, many acids stretches to conform to virtually any shape requiring color-coded insulation. Tape having excellent electrical and mechanical properties is uses in phase identification and color-coding of motor leads and piping systems.
