3M™ 764 Series Black 5 mil General Purpose Tape measuring 2" X 36 yd has rubber adhesive for good instant adhesion. Marking tape with polyvinyl backing can be used in non-critical applications such as color-coding, bundling and safety marking. Tape offers a tensile strength of 13 lb/in width, 180% elongation even at breaks and can be used in the temperature range 60 to 85 deg F. It resist most common solvents and can be used as temporary marking on parts or machines and protect parts, equipment or products from abrasion.
