Weiler's standard wheel brushes range from 1" to 15" in diameter. Available fill materials include; heat-treated steel, Type 302 stainless steel, brass, bronze and nickel silver wires and a variety of synthetic and natural fibers. There are two basic forms of wire used in wheel brushes - crimped wire for flexibility and light-duty applications and knot wire for more aggressive brushing action.

High-impact action.
The standard twist provides aggressive cutting action. The cable twist is for more severe cleaning and scale removal applications.
Heat treated steel wire provides maximum fatigue resistance, long life and aggressive cutting action of each wire tip.
