- Lenox® Friction Band Silicon Carbon Steel 17' 8" Bandsaw Blade measuring 1" X 0.035" has 10 standard Lenox® set TPI. It features special silicon carbon steel that offers extended fatigue life and durability. Blade features an unique design for increased frictional heat for ferrous metals and can be operated at band speed up to 20000 ft/min for cutting ferrous metals up to 3/4" thick. It finds applications in cutting weldments, odd shapes, sheet metal, gates and risers.
