M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge adds for enhanced high durability. Patented tooth pitch/set sequence helps in minimizing harmonics as well as vibrations during cutting, reduces noise and equalize tooth loading. It has specially patented positive rake tool profile designed to resist tooth strippage and extra heavy set is available to minimize blade pinching. Blade has reinforced tooth design that offers power through interrupted cuts and longer life. It finds applications in carbon steels, structural steels and large cross-section profiles.
