- Viking® Type 240-UB 2 3/4" Nitro Carburized Ultra Bor Super Premium Screw Jobber Length Drill Bit with straight shank is made of hi-molybdenum tool steel. Size 30 drill bit with 1 5/8" spiral flute features space age nitro-carburized steel that maintains sharpness and has capacity to withstand higher drilling temperatures. Heavy-duty bit has 135 deg split point for accurate starting and fast penetration without a center punch. Bit featuring low temperature stress relief enhances toughness and lubrication. It is used for tough drilling applications and for work hardening grades of stainless steel. It meets NAS 907B standard and is sold as 12 per pack.
