Viking® Type 240-D 1/8" Dia X 2 3/4" Gold Oxide Jobber Length Drill Bit with straight shank is made of M42 high-speed steel containing 8% cobalt that increases high red hardness. Drill bit with 1 5/8" spiral flute features gold finish that is suitable for drilling free machining stainless steel, high temperature alloys, hard tough metals, titanium and abrasive plastics. Bit has 135 deg split point and requires firmly held positive feed drilling equipment. It meets NAS 907J standard and is sold as 12 per pack.
