Norton® SG® Blaze R980P 80 Grit Y Weight Belt measuring 2" X 72"' is made from ceramic alumina abrasive for durability. Resin bond belt with polyester waterproof cloth backing provides resistance to edge-fraying and increased body retention while using for uniform grinding. Belt produces enhanced grain adhesion and thus improves belt life significantly. Belt with supersize grinding lubricant offers cooler cutting and has better part finish as well as integrity. It gives good metal integrity and is ideal for use on mild carbon steel, cobalt, chrome, inconel and titanium.
