MSA Thermalgard® Green Protective Cap has a convenient smooth crown to render easy and comfortable use of MSA welding equipment with custom imprinting and striping options. It resists radiant heat loads that not exceeding 350 deg F. It has glass-reinforced nylon construction that comes in a variety of colors and sizes. It can be used in food processes, asbestos abatement and painting applications. It has limitations when Fas-Trac® suspension designed for the vanguard helmet and when used with any other suspension will reduce the energy-absorbing ability of the protective helmet that results in serious personal injury or death. Thermalgard Cap is not specifically designed to provide protection against lateral blows from the front, side and rear. It is designed in a such a way to used if lateral protection is desired. It complies with ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2009 Class E, Type 1 and CSA Z94.1-2005 Class E, Type 1 standards.

Do not mix sus pen sion and helmet sizes. Make sure the sizes match (example: standard size suspension with standard size helmet). Use only MSA suspensions on an MSA helmet
