- River City Rainwear Luminator™ X-Large Yellow 3 Piece Rain Suit with storm flap over snap front closure is made from 0.35 mm high visibility PVC on polyester material for more durability and strength. 3 Piece Rain Suit with welded seams includes a detachable drawstring hood, rounded corduroy lined collar, raglan sleeves with underarm air vents and has 1 3/8" silver reflective tapes across the chest, over the shoulders and around the sleeves and legs. It also incorporates a black plastic snap storm fly front with takes up snaps at the wrists and ankle, 2 patch pockets with flap of same material, reinforced crotch and elastic insert adjustable suspenders. It is ideally used by police, road crews, sanitation workers, railroad workers and airlines. Each suit comes in river city poly bag.
