- River City Rainwear Luminator™ 2X Fluorescent Orange 49" raincoat with high visible reflective striping features 0.35 mm PVC and polyester construction for good durability. Coat with welded seams and detectable hood is provided with 2 patch pocket of same material with flap and black plastic snaps for safety. Coat featuring raglan sleeves and rounded collar is rendered with underarm air vents for better air circulation. Coat featuring detachable drawstring hood has cape ventilated back with 2 mesh holes. This coat is greatly used in airlines, road crews, railroad workers, sanitation workers and police.
