Rain jacket with welded seams includes raglan sleeves, underarm air vents and attached drawstring hood. Rain jacket has cape ventilated back with 3 mesh holes. Rain jacket consists of black plastic take up snaps at the wrist and yellow nylon zipper storm fly. Rain jacket has 2 patch pockets with flap and black plastic snap closure. Jacket with 2 front snaps is suitable for airlines, utilities, municipalities and construction application.
