- Victor® Medium Duty Oxygen Liquid Cylinder Regulator offers 5 - 125 PSIG delivery range and is perfect for full range of control of vaporized gas. Regulator is great for replacing cylinder regulators that are usually used on liquid vessel. Regulator is suitable for vapor side application on liquid vessel. It includes stem seat mechanism, external pressure relief valve on high pressure side and Delrin® cap bushing that allows easy adjustment.
