Steel cart having continuous handle type has 12" X 21" base plate and features 400 lb load capacity while is compatible with welding cylinders and torches. Cart of 2 cylinder capacity has tool tray of size 3" X 19" and incorporates ball wheel bearings and includes steel band to cylinder, toolbox. Cart comes with safety chain to safeguard its load.
