Harper™ 940 Series Large Cylinder Cart measuring 49" X 31" has 16" pneumatic wheels and 3/4" axle. Truck with firewall has 13" X 24" base plate and 24" chain height has a strong design intended for rough usage on construction jobs, steel mills and refineries. It offers high floor clearance when moving over rough surfaces or cluttered areas. It has an angle legs to remove load from the wheels when truck is stationary.
