Harper™ 68 Series Appliance Hand Truck measuring 66" X 18 1/4" has 8" X 2" mold-on rubber wheels and 5" hard core soft tread swivel casters. Hand truck is equipped with a patented double lock ratchet with a 14' poly belt. It has retractable rear caster carriage attachment and high quality glass filled nylon continuous belt stair crawlers.
